• Over 20 years of business experience in the hospitality industry in Maryland and Washington, D.C. with expertise in Total Quality Management, customer service, logistics, recruiting and training

• Education: university degree in Organisational Management, college degree in Law Enforcement Technology, Maryland USA

• Married with 8 children
